GaAs Solar Cells (CIC) are satellite-grade triple-junction solar cell assemblies based on advanced InGaP/GaAs/Ge multi-junction technology. Featuring high conversion efficiency, excellent radiation resistance, and long-term stability, CIC products are used in satellites, spacecraft, high-altitude platforms, and aerospace applications requiring lightweight and high-reliability power solutions.
The gallium arsenide cell for satellite solar panels relies on aerospace power supply products. Its conversion efficiency is 30-35%, the module thickness is less than 1 mm, and it offers high energy density and special environmental tolerance.
The triple-junction GaAs solar cell uses germanium as the substrate and is formed by three N/P sub-cells connected in series through tunneling junctions, delivering high efficiency and strong radiation resistance.
